Registration includes: All general sessions, all breakout sessions, coffee breaks. Other food and drink, including the opening reception is the attendee's responsibility.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration AT vizthink DOT com (note: replace the AT and DOT with "@" and "."). A full refund minus a $100.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations received on or prior to January 25, 2009. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 25, 2009.

Substitutions / Transfers

Substitutions must be made in writing via email to registration AT vizthink DOT com (note: replace the AT and DOT with "@" and ".") and received before February 8, 2009 in order to be processed in advance. After February 8, 2009, all substitutions/transfers must be made on site with a signed note from the original attendee.
